Polyester Wipers
Our PolyPure 10 Polyester Wipes are made from a non-woven polyester blend of 90/10 poly/pulp. Popular across the board with cleanrooms for their versatility and absorbency, these wipes are Class 10 compatible. Two of the edges are cut and ultrasonic sealed for protection against particulate contamination. The wipes are laundered and double packaged in a Class 10 cleanroom. The metallic ion and extractable levels are extremely low.
- They are available in 4 different sizes ranging from 4” to 12”. Sold in packs of 75-300, the polyester wipers are also available in cases of 4-8 bags.
Poly / Cellulose Wipers
For super absorbency, the CelluClean Polycellulose Wipers are a top choice. Made from a blend of 45% polyester and 55% cellulose fibers, these wipes don’t require a binding agent. The two fibers are joined with a special entanglement process that uses water streams to mesh components into one durable sheet. The polyester fibers lend strength and low particulate count to the mix while the natural cellulose fibers contribute high absorbency. These wipes are economical and perfect for general purpose polishing and spill cleanup. They are also resistant to solvents and cleaning agents. Our smooth, nonabrasive wipers are laundered in a Class 100 environment and double bagged.
- Available in 4 different sizes ranging from 4” to 12”, these poly/cellulose wipes are available in quantities of 150 to 1,200 per pack. They can be obtained by the case with 10 to 12 packs per case.
Polyester ESD-Safe Wipers
Our PolyPure 1 Polyester Wipes are made from continuous filament micro denier non-woven material blend of 90/10 poly/pulp. The extra feature of these wipers is the static dissipative fibers that are woven in to control electrostatic discharge (ESD). All 4 edges are ultrasonic cut and sealed for the lowest particulate generation. These wipes are highly absorbent and soft for general cleaning purposes. They are laundered and double bagged in a Class 10 cleanroom and are compatible with Class 10.
- These ESD-safe wipers are available in two sizes: 9” with 150/pack or 12” with 75/pack. They come in cases with 6 to 8 bags per case.
